A Little About Me
My travel obsession started in 1998 when a friend and I bought a van, pointed it away from home, and spent seven months exploring the United States. To keep the adventure alive, we worked day labor jobs along the way, survived on an impressive diet of ramen noodles, and occasionally made questionable decisions in the name of seeing more of the country.

While I don't recommend showering in hotel sprinklers as a long-term travel strategy, those experiences sparked a lifelong passion for exploring the world. Since then, I've traveled extensively throughout the U.S. and internationally, constantly searching for the next incredible destination, hidden gem, or excuse to look at airfare.

Some people collect stamps. I collect passport stamps and travel stories.
